The Retreat Workspace at Witherdens Hall near Canterbury, is the perfect venue to host workshops, courses or meetings for up to 25 people. Surrounded by the stunning Kent countryside - often referred to as The Garden of England, because of its abundance of orchards and hop gardens - The Retreat Workspace is a very special space designed to stimulate creativity and learning.
The Retreat Workspace echoes the unique and tranquil space that is The Retreat Bed & Breakfast accommodation at Witherdens Hall. This light and airy workspace exudes an absolute sense of calm and encourages an open, and relaxed state of mind conducive to learning, exploring opportunities and developing one's potential.
Only the highest quality materials have been used with special care and attention paid to even the smallest of details, ensuring your time spent here is relaxing in every sense. The Retreat Workspace is for discerning people who are tired of business-like surroundings that stifle, rather than stimulate, creativity.

This open plan area can be divided into a workshop space that would allow for yoga for 8, boardroom style for 16 and theatre style for 25. Facilities available include: 42” TV, white board, printer, sound system, WIFI and air conditioning
Incorporates a fully equipped kitchen and will allow for seated lunch for up to 18.
Far-infrared sauna, steam shower, relaxation area and treatment room.
The Retreat Workspace also has direct access to a private patio, exercise pool and garden area. Ample parking is also available.
Witherdens Hall encourages a ‘healthy mind, healthy body’ approach to food and drink. Organic, Fairtrade, home grown or local food is provided wherever possible. Some meals can be catered for, or you can prepare refreshments at times to suit you, using the modern facilities provided at The Retreat Workspace.
