Witherdens Hall Organic Spa Retreat, set in the heart of the stunning Kent countryside close to the lovely village of Wingham, is a beautiful and tranquil place.  Whether you are looking for place to get away, somewhere from which to explore the local area or an opportunity to create a bespoke, long stay, restorative, mindful retreat, Witherdens Hall can provide that space.

Accommodation

​

The retreat accommodation at Witherdens Hall overlooks a small, private courtyard.  The beautiful planting ensures privacy, with benches and sun loungers to relax on when the weather permits.

​

The 2 bed Retreat Cottage sleeps up to 4 with a super king size magnet therapy bed and a twin/super king.  Crisp cotton sheets and robes and towels are provided.  The lovely bathroom, with Jacuzzi style bath, has complimentary Aromatherapy Associates toiletries. 

The kitchen is fully equipped with relaxed dining/living space.  All the rooms are comfortable, light and airy giving a wonderful sense of space and tranquility.  

We have lots of magazines, really interesting books and some great classic DVDs too.  The cottage has a patio area with sun loungers and table to seat 4 so that guests can relax and enjoy the beautiful outdoors when the weather permits.

Chillspace MiniSpa

​

For all staying guests, included in your stay is the the use of the Chillspace MiniSpa with far infrared sauna, steam cabinet and massage chair. The treatment room is also located here so you can relax before and after your treatment.

Food

​

Our accommodation is self-catering and we are lucky enough to have 2 farm shops close by.  One of the farm shops, which is within walking distance, stocks all of the essentials as well as fantastic meals from the COOK Kitchen, a delicious range of handmade ready meals.  The other, a short drive away, provides organic foods and dairy alternatives.  There is also a bakery and convenience store in the local village of Wingham.

There are some lovely pubs in the area as well, providing great food if you prefer to take it easier, and the farm shop nearby  also serves breakfast and lunch in their café. You can find out more about eating out and places to visit here.
